Please use this form to submit any questions to the 2023 Gold Road Annual General Meeting. Your questions should relate to matters that are relevant to the business of the Meeting, as outlined in the accompanying Notice of Meeting. If your question is for Gold Road’s Auditor it should be relevant to the content of the Auditor’s report or the conduct of the audit of the financial report.
Written and online questions must be received by the Company no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 10 May 2023.
During the course of the AGM, the Chairman will endeavour to address the most frequently raised shareholder questions. However, there may not be sufficient time available to address all questions raised.
The Chairman will also give a representative of Gold Road’s Auditor the opportunity to answer questions related to the Auditor’s Report.
Responses to questions during the AGM and frequently asked questions collected from our website will be available on our website www.goldroad.com.au/agm following the meeting. Please note that individual responses will not be sent to shareholders.
